How does scheduling work?

We currently only schedule by phone call. It's a first come - first serve basis so don't hesitate to reach out. It's not uncommon for us to book out a week. If you have flexibility to drop a vehicle off there's always a chance we can get to it sooner, but scheduled appointments take priority.

Do you offer online scheduling?

We currently only schedule by phone call. Unfortunately, automotive diagnosis and repair times can vary from problem to problem so offering online scheduling can cause us to become quickly overbooked.  We strive to turn the majority of vehicles around within the same day it was scheduled so timing can be critical.

Do you offer discounted oil changes?

We do not offer discounted oil changes.  Many shops offer discounted oil changes as incentive to get you in the door. While those offers are fantastic to take advantage of, they are operating at a loss in order to upsell other repairs. If you're interested in saving money, feel free to take advantage of other discounted oil change offers! If you are given a list of items on your car that they recommend need to be addressed, don't hesitate to bring the vehicle and list to us to have a second opinion and estimate the repairs. Often times we find that other shops are over-selling or pricing repairs high to make up for losses on their oil changes.

How does after hours drop off/pick up work?

We have a key drop off/pick up board located directly to the right of our office door. There are envelopes that have space to write your information on. Then you slide the keys/envelope through the mail slot in the office door!

After hours key pickup can be arranged as well if necessary.

Do you offer loaner vehicles?

Unfortunately, we do not. We realize it may be inconvenient for some, but not having a fleet of vehicles to own, maintain and insure helps us keep our pricing more affordable which passes along the savings back to you! Ride share services like Uber and Lyft will service our location if needed. We may explore more options to increase convenience in the future.

When I have an appointment, what should I expect?

When you have an appointment, we typically assess the initial problem and then call you to explain the problem and estimate the solution.  Please keep your phone on you so we can get ahold of you asap in order to keep things flowing smoothly!  The sooner we can get approval for any repairs, the sooner we can get the vehicle back to you!

Can I drop a vehicle without an appointment?

Of course you can! In this case if we have a cancelation or time permits us to tackle the project sooner that our current scheduled appointments we can squeeze it in. If it's during business hours we can take the keys and your information or you can use the key drop box if it's after hours.  We will work the vehicle in on a first come - first serve basis!

When I have an appointment, when should I drop my vehicle off?

If you have an appointment for a specific day, feel free to drop the vehicle off at your earliest convenience.  We prefer to have the vehicle as close 8 am the morning of your appointment so we can diagnose, estimate and repair your vehicle in one day and get it back to you before closing time.  If you're dropping the vehicle the day before, we can take your information and keys during regular business hours, or you can use our key drop during after hours.

Can I wait for a vehicle while it's being repaired?

Because we have a small office in the majority of cases we prefer if you can drop the vehicle with us rather than waiting. Unfortunately, due to the limited space our waiting room is lacking hospitality. Along with that, repair timetables can vary from an oil change at about a half hour to an engine replacement which can take days. Currently our only "wait" option is for oil changes, they are "by appointment" and happen at 8am so we can guarantee a hoist is available to get you in and out ASAP.
